1. Dapo Akisanya B.Sc., M.Sc. – Chief Executive Officer (AXA Mansard Pensions Limited)

  • Dapo joined AXA Mansard effective June 1, 2015, as Chief Executive Officer of AXA Mansard Pensions Limited.
    Prior to joining AXA Mansard, his career included about 10 years with Asset and Resource Management Company Limited (ARM Group), where he served in various capacities. His last role at ARM was as Executive Director, ARM Securities Limited, where he was responsible for managing the business. Previously, he served as Executive Director (Technical) at ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited, having oversight of Investment Management, Business Development & Relationship Management, and Risk Management. His experience at ARM also included serving as Head, Investment Management and Research, ARM Investment Managers.


    Dapo was a member of several committees constituted to ensure the effectiveness and growth of the firm’s fund management business, and that guided the successful launch of various ARM products. These investment committees include those of ARM Discovery Fund, ARM Aggressive Growth Fund, ARM Ethical Fund, and ARM Properties PLC. He also represented ARM on the board of Briscoe Properties Limited as a non-executive director.


    Dapo comes on board with diverse experience in financial services. Other organizations he has served include Howarth Dafinone (Chartered Accountants), formerly D. O. Dafinone and Co., Alliance Consulting, Agusto and Co. Limited, Citibank Nigeria Limited, where he spent almost six years, and Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC.


    Dapo holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K. He is also an alumnus of International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland.


2. Naomi Aduku B.Sc – Head, Marketing & Business Development.

  • Naomi joined AXA Mansard in April 2015 as the head, Business Development of AXA Mansard Pensions Limited.
    Naomi has over fourteen years work experience in the banking industry. She started her career at GTBank with the Institutional Banking Group specifically in the downstream segment of the Oil & Gas Sector structuring credits and working with key blue chip companies. She also managed various teams in the Commercial Banking Group identifying new and emerging markets and developing credit structures targeted at power, hospitality and general commerce.


    In June 2011, as the Group Head of Commercial Banking Group-Abuja, Naomi managed a major part of the commercial banking portfolio. She had a brief stint with Access bank in 2014 where she had oversight of part of the Commercial Banking Group in Abuja.

    Naomi holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and has attended several training programmes in Management, Financial and Credit Analysis amongst others


3. Balogun Olawole Tiamiyu B.Sc. (Ed), MBA, CIS – Head, Investment Department.

  • Balogun joined AXA Mansard Pensions in 2007 as the Unit Head, Equity Management. Balogun is well versed in investment management with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining AXA Mansard Pensions Ltd, he was a Principal Manager at Kinley Securities where he was in charge of managing client portfolios and deals on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.


    He has a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero University Kano, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Jos, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Ilorin. In addition, he is an associate member of the Certified Institute of Cost Management, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.


4. Bolatito Babafemi - HND, BSC, CICA, ACFE– Head, Audit and Control Department.

  • Bolatito Babafemi started her career in audit and assurance services with Deloitte, where she was involved and led audit engagements in manufacturing, bank and non-bank financial institutions. She has experience spanning over 10 years, which she garnered from audit, consulting, manufacturing and financial services. Her experience also includes risk management, internal audit & control, finance, sales, compliance and investigation.


    Bolatito’s previous professional experience includes working with Jotna Nigeria Ltd, as the Head of Audit in one of its subsidiaries: Prima Corporation Ltd, a manufacturing company. At Jotna, she was actively involved in setting up and managing the internal audit & control function and introducing cost improvement initiatives. In 2014, she joined the Internal Audit Department of AXA Mansard Insurance Plc. as a Team Lead. Since then, she has led several audits including internal control reviews across various processes in AXA Mansard Insurance, AXA Mansard Investments and AXA Mansard Health.


    She is a graduate of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Lagos State University and also a graduate of Accountancy & Finance from Yaba College of Technology. Bolatito is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Member of Institute for Internal Controls, Associate Member- Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and currently pursuing an MBA at Ahmadu Bello University.


5. Abiola Mosuro- LLB, B.L, LLM, ACIS – Head, Legal and Human Capital Department.

  • Abiola Ganiat Mosuro is a lawyer with over 10 years’ experience. She started her career in the financial services sector in 2004 as a legal officer with Wema Securities & Finance Plc (Wemasec), a member of Wema Group.


    She was appointed the Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser for Independent Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Wema Securities in 2007 and also doubled as Acting Company Secretary / Legal Adviser for Wemasec from September 2008 to October 2009. During her time at Wema Securities, she was responsible for coordination of the Loan Workout Department following which she was transferred to the Legal Department of Wema Bank Plc in October 2009.


    She became the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser/ Chief Compliance Officer of Great Nigeria Insurance Plc in February 2010. Her experience covers legal services, human resource management, administration, compliance and risk management.


    Abiola is a graduate of Lagos State University and holds an LL.M degree from the University of Lagos. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (UK & Nigeria).


6. Akinsola Akinbunmi- B.Tech, M.Sc, MNIM, ACA – Head, Finance Department.

  • Akinsola has over ten years work experience in the banking and pension industry spanning financial and accounting functions. Prior to joining AXA Mansard Pensions as the Head of Finance, he served as Head Finance and Accounts, Diamond Pension Fund Custodian Limited from April 2013 to August 2017 where he was in charge of all financial and investment activities of the company.


    Prior to that, he worked as financial control officer in the then FinBank PLC (Now FCMB) where he handled different roles including Fixed Asset Administration, Taxation, Performance reporting, General Ledger reporting, Executive management reports among others.


    Akinsola holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso and an M.Sc. in Management from University of Lagos, Akoka. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a graduate member of Nigerian Institute of Management and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria. Akinsola has completed a course in Principles of PDIA: Building Capability by Delivering Results from the prestigious Harvard Centre for international development.



7. Adeniyi Alao B.Sc. FCA – Head, Fund Accounts Department.

  • Adeniyi joined AXA Mansard Pensions Limited as Head, Fund Accounts in March 2018. Adeniyi has over 10 years work experience across Financial/Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Customer Relationship, People Management, Fund Accounting management.


    Adeniyi previous experience include working with Imurat International Ltd, Bulletine Construction Company Ltd as Head of Account , before moving to Penman Pensions Ltd as Head Finance where he was responsible for maintaining proper books of account for the Funds under management. He was responsible for cash flow projection, treasury management and the submission of various regulatory reports to National Pension Commission.

8. Adetolani Aruna - B.Sc. – Head Benefits Administration Department

  • Adetolani joined AXA Mansard Pensions Limited in July 2019 as the Head, Benefits Administration of AXA Mansard Pensions Limited. She has over ten years post-graduation experience. She started her career in 2007 at LoveWorld Incorporated, a not for profit organization where she worked as an accountant and was involved in the automation of both the accounting and Human Resource systems.


    In August 2010, Adetolani joined Stanbic IBTC Pensions as Head, Resolution Unit and played a major part in reducing the value of uncredited pension contributions from employers. She thereafter served in various positions such as service Assurance Officer (Risk management), Team lead, Retiree benefits and Head, Reconciliation and Resolution.


    Adetolani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos and has attended several training programmes in Management, Financial and Leadership amongst others. She has an Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Business Certification and is currently studying toward becoming an associate of the ACCA.


9.Theo Adedoyin - B.Sc. – Head, Risk Management Department.

  • Theo joined AXA Mansard Pensions Limited in July 2019 as the Head, Risk Management. He holds a B.Sc. upper class in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and he is a Student Member-Institute of Actuaries, England. Theo started his Actuarial and consulting career in Hymans Robertson Nigeria Limited (now H.R. Nigeria Limited) an offshoot Hymans Robertson, UK as an Actuarial Trainee in March 2001 and rose to the position of Senior Management Consultant.


    While in H.R., he was actively involved in the Valuation of Pension and Gratuity schemes for multinationals and self-funded government parastatals, advising on Defined Contribution Schemes transition from accumulation phase to retirement period and liaising with fund managers for prompt settlement of exited members.


    Theo joined ARM Pension Managers in July 2007 shortly before the Regulations for the Administration of Retirement and Terminal Benefits was released by the National Pension Commission (PenCom). He played a pioneering role in the setting up of the Benefits Administration Department in the company by helping to develop processes and write programmes that technically compute the pension liability of retirees in line with PenCom’s regulations. He also made immense contributions by way of recommendations that impacted on policy formulations as it relates to the Company, Benefit Administrations Department and Retirees’ Engagements. He headed the Benefit Administration Department until his exit in April 2016.


    He joined Outright Retirement and Financial Solutions in May 2016 as Principal Manager; He facilitated several new beginnings, retirement and pension training sessions for different organizations. He is an accredited Management Trainer at the Centre for Management Development (CMD) Nigeria.


    He is currently concluding his MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University Scotland.

10. Taiwo Oladipo – LLB, BL, ACIS – Head, Compliance Department

  • Taiwo Oladipo joined AXA Mansard Pensions Limited in April, 2019 as the Head, Compliance department. Prior to his joining AXA Mansard Pensions Limited, Taiwo was the Head, Legal & Regulatory Compliance at Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation. He has over 12 years of experience across legal and financial services sectors.


    Shortly after his Call to the Nigerian Bar and his compulsory National Youth Service, Taiwo went into private legal practice and was under legal tutelage with Messrs. Amuwa Olatunde & Co and Chief S.O. Agbo & Co. respectively, where he garnered requisite legal training and experience before joining Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation in 2009 as a Legal Officer. His experience also covers company secretarial services, risk management, administration and regulatory compliance. In the course of his career, Taiwo has attended several trainings on Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering & Combating Financing of Terrorism (AMLCFT) amongst others.


    He is a graduate of the prestigious University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, where he graduated with Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) in the Second-Class Upper Division. He became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) in 2018 after successfully qualifying as a Chartered Secretary and Administrator.
